WaferGen SmartChip Real-Time PCR System is designed as the first whole genome, high-throughput gene expression real-time PCR platform enable single- and multi- sample loading. The system is based on a proven technology for high precision 100 nanoliter volume delivery, capable of loading a SmartChip in as few as 5 to 30 min depending on mono- or multi- sampling formats. The system can process a SmartChip Panel to perform 1200 assays in quadruplicate on one sample in just over 2 hours. Custom software allows simple operation to address Custom SmartChip reagent delivery of up to 384 samples on a single chip to meet your gene expression validation needs.
